Refund Policy

Membership fees are paid in advance for the selected plan period and give immediate access to premium features.

Once a paid plan is activated, fees are generally non-refundable. If you were charged twice or charged without your plan being activated, contact us within 7 days and we will review and refund the duplicate or failed payment to the original payment method.
